A. Almost everything. Blackwidow maintains a close
working relationship with some of the largest
manufacturers and distributors of Cannondale parts in the
country. All you have to do is ask. If we can find it,
we'll get right back to you with a price quote. If it
can't be located, we'll also let you know so that you can
try other options.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. For immediate shipment, we accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. We also
accept personal or business checks (checks must wait to
clear before orders are shipped).
Q. Are parts available for local pickup?
A. Yes. Simply call your order in ahead of time, and we
will have it ready for pickup in the Salt Lake City
area.
Q. Will you ship internationally?
A. Yes. Just phone your order in, or download and fax
back our international order form, and we will ship via
UPS to your international location. We will notify you of
the shipping cost before sending your order.
Q. Will you be adding additional parts?
A. Yes. As demand for certain items increases, we will
add them to our catalog. In the mean time, if you need a
part that does not appear in our full catalog, give us a
